Location: South Wales (Hybrid with regional travel)
We're supporting a growing renewable energy and infrastructure business in the search for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a portfolio of major energy projects across both development and construction phases, helping to strengthen internal Health & Safety capability as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor:
- Support Health & Safety across renewable energy and infrastructure projects from development through to construction.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across project locations.
- Advise project teams on CDM responsibilities, risk management and safety governance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and consultants to promote best practice.
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Health & Safety Advisor Will Have:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering environments.
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations and client-side Health & Safety responsibilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence others positively.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable working within a growing and fast-paced organisation.
