This is a focused Channel Marketing Senior Account Manager role within the Channel Solutions team at Twogether. The role requires a good understanding of how channel partners go to market; as well as the ability to develop, implement and execute strategic β€˜For’, β€˜To’ and β€˜Thru’ marketing programs. Experience is required in developing and executing partner marketing activities.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: To manage all client campaigns/projects on brief, on time and on budget and deliver excellent customer service.

SECONDARY FUNCTION: To manage and develop designated accounts within the team. Supporting the Client Services Lead in ensuring the profitability of these accounts and in identifying and converting business development opportunities.

Role responsibilities

  • Focus on channel partners go-to-market programs
  • Support in the delivery of For, To and Thru partner marketing programs
  • Execute marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

Marketing Expertise

  • Marketing background, ideally technology / channel
  • Understand different marketing activities, when to use each one and how to optimise each activity
  • Understand marketing services and production/development processes – design, digital, media
  • Understand and implement campaign metrics, measurement and ROI

Campaign Management

  • Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively – on brief, on time and on budget
  • Ability to set and meet realistic expectations and to question client deadlines when required
  • Manage project finances – accurately recording revenue recognition based on activities completed, creating quotes, raising invoices, tracking accrued and deferred revenue
  • Manage quoting process with a full understanding of margin requirements on project

Customer Service

  • Flexibility
  • Communication – listening, understanding, questioning
  • Ability to build relationships with clients

Development of client business

  • Identify and develop new opportunities within nominated accounts
  • Develop and present proposals to clients
  • Competently demo relevant tools to clients when there is an opportunity

Teamwork

  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams and skilled at inspiring the best from colleagues from different departments
  • Experience following agency studio processes
  • Skilled at articulating client requirements

  • Experience across a range of marketing disciplines and techniques
