We're looking for ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representatives to join our Commercial team and drive growth in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. As an SDR at Two, you'll be the first point of contact for our future customers β helping them discover the value of Two's offering and shaping our go-to-market success. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and collaborating closely with our Sales Managers and Chief Commercial Officer to build strong regional pipelines.

What You'll Do- Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
- Build a deep understanding of Two's products, customer segments, and value propositions
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
- Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM

- Native-level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or Dutch (depending on your location) β English is our business language
