What we’re looking for:

  • REVIT mastery – This is a non-negotiable. You need to have strong Revit skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Experience in design and build – Either a placement year during university or at least 6 months’ post-graduation experience in commercial design.
  • Grit and ambition – This industry is exciting, demanding, and rewarding, and we need people who can handle the heat!

What you’ll do:

  • Space Planning & Design: Work on exciting workplace consultancy projects, delivering creative and effective design solutions to the highest standard.
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, turning their needs into imaginative designs.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with commercial managers and estimators to ensure designs are on budget, practical, and delivered on time.
  • Revit Expertise: Create and document all design work in Revit to meet client and industry expectations.
  • Site Visits: Attend regular site visits to ensure your designs are coming to life as planned.
