Your Responsibilities: Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations. Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes. Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements. Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage. Professionally presenting commercial benefits to clients. Efficiently communicating design progress to internal teams and external stakeholders. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments. Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions. Demonstrating knowledge of and interest in sustainable design solutions and associated legislation. Remaining informed about new business trends and best practices. Actively contributing to business development efforts. Your Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines especially during pitches and tenders. Strong technical acumen with keen attention to detail. Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
