Your Responsibilities:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations.
  • Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements.
  • Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage.
  • Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments.
  • Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
  • Proficiency in Revit (not mandatory - good to have though!).
  • Confidence and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines especially during pitches and tenders.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to lead and inspire others towards common objectives.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
