Your Responsibilities:
- Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations.
- Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes.
- Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements.
- Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage.
- Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments.
- Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
- Proficiency in Revit (not mandatory - good to have though!).
- Confidence and experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines especially during pitches and tenders.
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to lead and inspire others towards common objectives.
