The Role
As a Client Services Manager / Client Services Coordinator, you will be the key contact for our repeat clients, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Collaborating with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure project success.
- Managing contracts, negotiations, and financial targets.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects aligned with client needs.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth with existing clients.
- Communicating progress and project milestones to stakeholders.
- Assisting with client requests and resolving challenges as they arise.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially savvy individual with:
- Experience in an Account Management, Client Services, or Junior Project Manager role within the Design & Build industry.
- Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and contract negotiation.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Projects & Excel) and familiarity with Procore or similar construction systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A natural ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
