We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our energetic and passionate team. If you’re a logistics whiz with a strong leadership streak, this is your chance to shape the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
The role: As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our beer. From leading a small warehouse and driving team to optimising routes across London, your mission is to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse operatives and drivers
- Oversee warehouse stock control, ensuring accurate FIFO practices and up-to-date inventory systems (Breww)
- Plan and optimise delivery routes across London
- Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
- Champion health & safety across all operations — daily compliance, checks, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and structural integrity of the warehouse
- Ensure weekly stock counts and proactive monitoring of potential out-of-stock (OOS) risks
- Collaborate with HR to support individual team member growth and development
- Drive performance through KPIs and continuous process improvement
