About the Role

We’re working with a growing IT and Telecoms provider with a strong reputation for service and long-standing customer relationships. They’re looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join their supportive team, delivering installations, upgrades, and technical support to business customers across the region. No two days are the same, you’ll be involved in a mix of project work, customer support, and hands-on installations across IT, networking, and telecoms solutions.
About You
You’ll be a motivated and customer focused engineer who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. You’ll ideally have experience with:
- IT and telecoms installations and support
- Networking, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls
- Cloud and hosted solutions
- VoIP / telephony systems
- Planning and managing installation work
- Delivering excellent customer service
You’ll also need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
