Sales Administrator Poole £25,000 - £28,000 Permanent Two Six Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a small, established business in Poole.

You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager, dealing with customers, preparing quotes, processing orders and keeping the sales admin organised and up to date.

The role at a glance £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience Friday 4pm finish Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Permanent, full-time role Full training on the products and systems Small team and a varied workload This isn't a cold calling role and you won't have an individual sales target.

You will, however, be speaking to customers regularly, so you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and dealing with enquiries.

You don't need experience of the company's industry or products as you'll be trained.

What you'll be doing Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email Preparing quotes and processing sales orders Keeping customers updated on orders and deliveries Following up outstanding quotes Updating customer information on the CRM Using Excel spreadsheets to track leads and information Keeping sales records and documentation up to date Logging customer queries and complaints Supporting the Sales Manager with general administration Helping out in other areas when needed What we're looking for You'll ideally have experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service or order processing .

You'll need to be: Good with Excel and spreadsheets Confident speaking to customers Organised with good attention to detail Used to working with a CRM or customer database A good communicator Comfortable working in a small team Someone who follows things through and doesn't let things get missed Experience preparing quotes or processing customer orders would be useful.
