We are currently working in partnership with a well-established and growing business in Poole to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role with full accountability for warehouse operations, offering the opportunity to shape processes, lead teams, and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.
The Role: As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of all warehouse operations, including stock integrity, pick, pack and dispatch, people leadership, and third-party logistics management. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by developing efficient, scalable processes and ensuring high service levels are consistently delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring performance, accuracy, and service levels are achieved
- Managing and developing a team of managers and supervisors, driving accountability and performance
- Maintaining stock integrity and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full
