Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Production department.
Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Working closely with the shop floor to communicate customer requirements.
Producing packaging labels and barcode labels.
Preparing documentation and carrying out accurate data entry.
Coordinating and prioritising customer orders.
Booking collections and deliveries.
Ordering stock and assisting with project coordination.
Carrying out occasional hands-on duties, including checking and unpacking customer items.
