Our client, a well-established and growing Poole-based business, is looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is accurate, organised and confident working with data, with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
The Role
Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining information across the company's systems and databases. The role will primarily involve data entry and administration, with some telephone contact when required. This may include contacting customers to clarify information or confirm that an order has been recorded correctly. This is not an outbound role and there is no cold calling or business development involved.
Your duties will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating data across internal systems
- Processing and checking customer and order information
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Checking information for accuracy and correcting any discrepancies
- Contacting customers by telephone when clarification is required
- Confirming order details and resolving issues
