We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented investor relations professional to join our Client Service team based in Two Sigma’s London office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical and organisational skills to effectively manage a broad set of responsibilities. They will partner with sales and relationship manager(s) to deliver first‑class client service to current and prospective investors. You Will Take On The Following Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and relationship managers in our global offices to deliver first‑class client service to current and prospective investors.
- Address client inquiries, including coordinating the production and/or distribution of standard and custom investor materials.
- Complete due‑diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals, ensuring the firm is accurately represented in all external materials.
- Facilitate and process investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for regional client coverage.
- Manage certain recurring operational deliverables to meet local compliance and investor reporting requirements.
- Support the team's investor‑facing technology platforms, contributing to data integrity, reporting workflows, and feature adoption.
- Focus on maintaining robust operational controls and processes to streamline internal and investor‑related activities, partnering with cross‑platform partners like Fund Accounting, Legal and Compliance and Regulatory Reporting.
You Should Possess The Following Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience, with asset management or hedge fund background preferred.
- BA/BS degree (or UK/EU equivalent) with a strong academic record.
- Familiarity with industry practices and trends with a curiosity about process improvements and emerging technologies.
- Ability to balance a dynamic workload and exercise good judgement across a variety of requests.
- Entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and acute attention to detail.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
