Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs
- Deliver intensive tenancy management, supporting customers to maintain stable accommodation
- Assist customers in developing life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self‑care
- Support with rent payments, benefits applications, and managing any arrears
- Carry out regular property inspections, ensuring safety standards are met and report repairs
- Facilitate one‑to‑one sessions and group meetings in line with support plans
