Assist the Infrastructure Manager with all aspects of support for the Two Saints network infrastructure, including endpoints.

Provide effective maintenance support for IT requirements not covered under third-party contracts.

Collaborate with external organisations during the implementation of new sites or the decommissioning of existing ones.

Maintain and develop Two Saints IP Network schema documentation in conjunction with third-party network providers.

Record progress against tasks in our helpdesk ticketing systems to ensure visibility for the Infrastructure Manager.

Actively support the IT Manager in delivering the organisations digital priorities.

Assist in implementing the organisations network strategy.

Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for network and hardware issues.

Strong understanding of network equipment configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.

Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of infrastructure configurations and incidents.

A collaborative mindset, ideally with experience in working across IT teams and with external partners.

Recognised Networking qualification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, and Multi-Site Wide Area Networks.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and RMM & PSA Tools.

The successful candidate will require an enhanced disclosure and barring service check which is a requirement for this role. This would be completed on appointment of the role.
