We're looking for an organised and proactive Learning and Development Administrator to join our Central Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of learning and development across the organisation, helping colleagues access the training, tools and resources they need to thrive in their roles.
Working as part of the Learning and Development team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support, maintain training records, coordinate learning activities and ensure compliance training is completed and accurately recorded. You'll be confident working with systems, managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the development of our people and helping us maintain a skilled, knowledgeable and engaged workforce.
Learning and Development Administrator Essentials
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
- Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Teams
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Learning and Development Administrator Desirables
- Experience in an administrative, HR or Learning and Development environment
- Experience using learning management systems or training databases
- Knowledge of training compliance and mandatory learning requirements
- Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements
