Part-time position (30 hours) over 4 days, including 1 late shift and occasional weekend hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of each client and develop individual support plans.
- Produce and regularly review comprehensive client-based risk assessments.
- Manage a caseload of clients on a one-to-one basis.
- Support clients in gaining and/or maintaining accommodation and achieving their goals.
- Engage with local authorities, health providers, and other agencies to create positive working relationships.
- Lead client activities to help them gain practical life skills.
- Support clients with managing finances, paying rent, managing arrears, and accessing benefits.
- Encourage clients to engage with the local community and resources relevant to their aspirations.
- Support clients in trauma-informed and psychologically informed ways.
- Adhere to safeguarding responsibilities and maintain health and safety standards.
- Provide basic first aid assistance until help arrives (training provided).
- Work confidently and efficiently when lone working.
- Maintain accurate records on the client management system in line with GDPR.
- Represent the organisation professionally.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required in the interest of the organisation.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Clear verbal and written English.
- Good keyboard skills for data inputting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of managing a caseload of clients.
