As part of our governance and assurance team, you’ll help us ensure we are doing everything we can to provide this reality for thousands of families in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. Focusing on timely and accurate reporting, you’ll help us use data and insights to improve decision‑making and performance across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- As our Performance Assistant, you’ll be a key co‑ordinator of data to help provide regular KPI reports to our Executive Team, Committee and Board.
- Working closely with our data team, you’ll support the development of reporting dashboards, assess the quality of our data, and gather information for any GDPR related requests.
Requirements
- Ability to produce high quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to build positive and mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and interest in social housing is desirable, but not essential.
