Performance Assistant
Base pay range: £28,972 per annum.
Location: Newent, Gloucestershire.
Employment type: Full Time, Permanent.

As part of our governance and assurance team, you’ll help us make sure we are doing everything we can to make this a reality for thousands of families in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
Focusing on timely and accurate reporting, you’ll help us use data and insights to improve decision making and performance across the organisation. As our Performance Assistant, you’ll be a key co‑ordinator of data to help provide regular KPI reports to our Executive Team, Committee and Board. Working closely with our data team, you’ll support the development of reporting dashboards, help assess the quality of our data, and help collect information for any GDPR related requests.
What you’ll bring to our team
Organised and motivated, you’ll build good relationships with teams across the organisation, collecting the information you need to complete reports to strict deadlines. You’ll understand the importance of providing accurate performance information, ensuring data accuracy and understand our requirements associated with data protection.

- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Teams.

- Good knowledge and interest in social housing is desirable, but not essential.
