We’re looking for a values-led HR Business Partner to join us at an exciting time as we embed an enabling Business Partnering model.

You’ll work in partnership with managers and leaders to deliver people-focused solutions that support the organisation in the delivery of the People Strategy and people services.

Focusing on excellence, efficiency, great customer service and continuous improvement, you’ll promote the values and culture of the organisation by acting as a role model ensuring our people are motivated, skilled, engaged and cared for.

You’ll use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business, address future workforce needs, and bring people expertise to develop solutions to help the business to deliver its strategy.

You’ll be a strong influencer, building relationships with people around the business and providing expertise for new people approaches.
