What you’ll have
- A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry.
- A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs.
- A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety.
- A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision.
- Is a people person with excellent customer service skills.
- A valid UK driving licence.
