As our Lead Stock Condition Surveyor, you will lead and coordinate the stock condition survey programme, ensuring high-quality data collection, validation and analysis to inform investment planning and compliance. You will manage our team of surveyors, oversee the quality assurance (QA) processes and contribute your technical expertise as well as supporting wider asset management activities.

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Strong technical surveying expertise, with experience delivering stock condition surveys and ensuring accurate, high-quality data through effective QA processes.
  • Confidence in leading and supporting surveyors, providing sound building pathology advice, and preparing schedules of work, specifications, and reports.
  • A clear understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, and contractor compliance, alongside experience undertaking EPCs, HHSRS inspections, and disrepair investigations.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative approach, working effectively with stakeholders while supporting operational planning, risk management, and budget awareness.
  • Ability to act as a positive brand ambassador and remain flexible in responding to changing operational needs.
