Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As part of our assets team, you’ll play a key role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.

Working closely with the Head of Assets, you’ll lead the management and improvement of our homes through our stock condition programme, adaptations, home improvement requests, and support our empty homes teams with home inspections.

You’ll build a clear, evidence-based picture of the condition and performance of our homes, combining information from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and investment priorities.

You’ll translate analysis into practical recommendations, forecasts, and clear reports that support budget planning and help us provide good-quality homes that meet tenants’ needs.

What you’ll bring to our team

You’ll support your team to collect, validate, and manage accurate, up-to-date information about our homes while providing a great customer experience to tenants.

Building strong relationships with colleagues, external partners, and tenants, you’ll ensure inspections and adaptation works are completed on time and to a high standard.

Working with our IT team, you’ll improve data collection, definitions, controls, and reporting processes, making information easier to access, understand, and use.

You’ll champion data quality, document analytical methods, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience of data-quality management, including validation rules, reconciliations, audit trails, and resolving gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to explain technical findings clearly to different audiences and produce concise, accurate reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • A structured, curious approach to problem-solving, with the ability to challenge assumptions and find solutions to complex or highly detailed tasks.
