Chief Executive – Gloucestershire

Circa £170,000 plus £8,100 car allowance and excellent benefits package including final salary pension.

Based in the beautiful Forest of Dean, Two Rivers Housing manages and owns 4,500 homes across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, supporting thousands of families. We believe that everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home when they need it. That belief underpins everything we do.

With a refreshed brand and vision, and a corporate plan built around six clear strategic pillars, the organisation is on a strong upward trajectory. We are performing well, colleagues are aligned and energised, and customers are benefiting from greater investment in homes and consistently strong core services.

We are seeking a Chief Executive who can build on this momentum. A visionary, authentic and motivating leader who can translate ambition into consistent delivery. Role-modelling our values, you will foster high trust, strong engagement and a positive, inclusive culture, understanding the impact leaders have on colleagues every day.

Community-focused and an excellent communicator, our Chief Executive will play a pivotal ambassadorial role, building influential relationships with external stakeholders and partners, helping to strengthen Two Rivers Housing’s profile and impact across Gloucestershire and beyond.

You will bring credibility within the social housing sector, as an aspiring or established Chief Executive, with the ability to deliver at pace, and the ambition to take a high-performing organisation confidently into its next chapter.
