We're partnering with an award-winning eco-conscious personal care brand, who are looking for a SNAM to champion their mission and ensure their growth across retail. If you're a commercially astute, strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, this is a fantastic opportunity.
This role will involve:
- Full P&L ownership of large retail accounts
- Management of partnerships and driving their growth in retail channels
- Supporting on NPD and maximising sales opportunities through cross-functional collaboration
- Usage of data and insights to develop successful growth strategies, along with forecasting and reporting
- Direct line management and mentorship
You will have:
- 3 years experience in account management
- Proven experience managing and growing major UK retail accounts
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of P&L and category management
- Strong relationship management, with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Proven experience with utilising data for forecasting, reporting and presenting
- Ideally, you'll have experience in line management
