We're partnering with an award-winning eco-conscious personal care brand, who are looking for a SNAM to champion their mission and ensure their growth across retail. If you're a commercially astute, strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, this is a fantastic opportunity.

This role will involve:

  • Full P&L ownership of large retail accounts
  • Management of partnerships and driving their growth in retail channels
  • Supporting on NPD and maximising sales opportunities through cross-functional collaboration
  • Usage of data and insights to develop successful growth strategies, along with forecasting and reporting
  • Direct line management and mentorship

You will have:

  • 3 years experience in account management
  • Proven experience managing and growing major UK retail accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of P&L and category management
  • Strong relationship management, with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven experience with utilising data for forecasting, reporting and presenting
  • Ideally, you'll have experience in line management
