We're partnering with an ambitious, high-growth consumer goods business looking for an

Innovation & Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of its commercial success.

This is a unique opportunity to own strategic projects from concept through to execution, working cross-functionally across commercial, marketing, finance, technical and category teams.

You'll have real influence over portfolio strategy, pricing, innovation and business performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting into a senior commercial leader, you'll lead on new product development, using consumer and market insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver commercially successful outcomes.

You'll be responsible for leading projects from initial idea through to launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end innovation and commercial projects from concept to launch.
  • Identify market opportunities through consumer, category and competitor analysis.
  • Develop pricing, portfolio and promotional recommendations to drive profitable growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Technical teams to deliver successful product launches.
  • Own project P&Ls and make commercially sound decisions throughout the development process.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with excellent project management skills and a passion for innovation.

You'll likely have

  • Experience within FMCG or another fast-paced consumer goods environment.
  • A background in innovation, new product development, commercial strategy, category, or insights,
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through to execution.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • A naturally curious mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
