They are the fastest growing brand in their category, with an innovative and award-winning range of premium best-in-class products recognised for quality and amazing taste, with more great NPD in the pipeline and the advantage of being vertically integrated with their own manufacturing and farms. They have listings in the major UK supermarkets, wholesalers and international retailers.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will lead growth with key customers in the grocery channel including Sainsbury’s, Asda, Ocado and Co-Op. Sainsbury’s is currently the biggest customer in the portfolio you’ll be managing, so experience with them would be a big advantage as it’s a strategically important customer with a great relationship that still has a lot more headroom for growth opportunity to unlock.
- Ownership of customer trade plans – pricing, promotions, trade terms
- Management of customer trade spend budget to deliver profitable growth
- 3+ years of national account management experience in the grocery retail channel (branded FMCG)
- A demonstrable track record of winning new business and sales growth
- A passion for premium quality food is a big bonus
