We are hiring Drivers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Portsmouth, VA (Chesapeake and Southside, Northern Chesapeake, VA area). You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Starting Pay: $20 / hour + tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring they are properly secured and transported safely
- Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move
- Use problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges during the move
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, is used properly
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- The ability to lift 100 pounds
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
- A friendly personality with customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
