Two IP is a full-service intellectual property (IP) firm headquartered in Leamington Spa, with a team spread across the UK. We operate a fee-share consultancy model that allows patent and trade mark attorneys to develop their own IP practices under the Two IP brand, supported by our comprehensive back-office services, including IT, marketing, case management, paralegal, financial, and business development support.
This part-time, remote/hybrid position involves:
- Client onboarding
- File opening
- Filing trade mark applications and renewals
- Docketing correspondence and deadlines
- Drafting reports from templates
- Generating invoices
- Maintaining IPMS records
- Monitoring deadlines
- Assisting attorneys with queries
Qualifications:
- Experienced trade mark administrator/paralegal
- Qualification as a CITMA Paralegal is desirable
- Proficient in filing trade mark applications at UK IPO and WIPO; knowledge of EUIPO filing is a plus
- Skilled in reviewing and docketing IPO and international correspondence
- Experience in preparing document bundles for oppositions is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with online case/IP management systems; prior experience with Equinox IPMS is a plus
