The Role

We are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support one of our early years teachers with a small preschool class. Our brand-new preschool opened in January 2023 and has already been awarded an Ofsted rating of Outstanding.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and early years education for your group of children, ensuring their wellbeing and development are at the centre of everything you do.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week, starting October 2025.

The School
We are a West London preschool combining exceptional early years education and development with flexible, full-time care.

The Person
- At least a grade 4 or grade C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalents)
- Experience of working with children under-5.
- Has a positive attitude.
- Holds themselves to exceptionally high standards.
- Is thoughtful and pays attention to details that matter to children, their parents / carers and their staff.
- Is driven by a genuine belief in the importance of early education for all.
- Values communication and understanding.
- Has a commitment to working flexibly and collaboratively.
