Key Responsibilities
  • Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
  • Help maintain a positive, predictable and safe learning environment.
  • Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory guidance at all times.
  • Work closely with colleagues on planning, learning activities and routines.

The Person

We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant / Early Years Practitioner who:

  • Has experience working with children under five.
  • Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
  • Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Communicates clearly with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure.
  • Takes pride in high standards and attention to detail.
