Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Use your research and organisational skills to help us reach the right HR and wellbeing contacts at UK companies, so more working families can benefit from our Homeshare for the Workforce programme.
What difference will you make?
Your work will help us identify and reach the right decision-makers in UK companies – making it possible for more working carers to access support through our Homeshare scheme. You’ll be helping us grow efficiently and strategically, so that more families can benefit from peace of mind, affordable housing, and meaningful companionship for their loved ones.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys research and data, is happy tracking down phone numbers and emails, with good attention to detail and basic knowledge of spreadsheets. You don’t need to have a background in sales or HR — just the curiosity and motivation to help us reach the right people.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong internet research skills and familiarity with LinkedIn or similar tools
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience in HubSpot is a bonus
- An organised, methodical approach to collecting and checking information
- Confidence in working independently and managing your own time
What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful volunteer to help us identify the right contacts within UK companies to promote our Homeshare for the Workforce programme. This innovative employee benefit supports staff caring for ageing relatives.
You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in helping us build accurate, targeted outreach lists of HR professionals, well-being leads, and employee benefit contacts. Your work will directly support our corporate partnerships and marketing activity. You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and create new databases of prospects.
Key duties:
- Research UK companies that fit our target audience (e.g., 500+ employees, sectors with older or female-focused workforces). Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable
- Identify and collect contact information for HR, well-being, or employee benefit leads
- Compile, format, and maintain clean, accurate databases using Google Sheets and HubSpot
- Cross-check data for accuracy and support wider outreach and campaign activity
This role is flexible and can be fitted around your availability.
