We are looking for experienced Assistant Managers to join our friendly teams in a range of our established craft beer venues. A passion for food and drink is a must as you will be selling handmade pizzas and a vast range of spirits and craft beers. The right personality goes a long way too!
Our Assistant Managers assist the General Manager in the overall running of business operations. They must recognise the importance of atmosphere and customer experience in modern pubs and bars, and be able to respond constructively to issues as they arise. Office duties include ordering, stock control procedures, rota building, compliance and marketing. Service responsibilities include running service and managing both BOH and FOH teams.
Qualifications
- You must have good levels of written and spoken English
