At Two Circles, we’re excited to offer the opportunity for a passionate Social Media Manager / Content Creator (Motorsport) to join our talented and growing content team on a fixed-term contract (min. 6 months). The ideal candidate will have a dual passion for motorsport and social media, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms and emerging digital trends. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, creating and posting content to the client’s social media channels across multiple platforms, ensuring that all content reflects the brand’s values and connects with the motorsport audience.
Responsibilities

Work with senior members of the editorial team to develop and execute the social media strategy for the motorsport client, aligned with their overarching marketing goals

Execute real-time and planned social media output, both during and outside of live events

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that captures the spirit of motorsport and excites fans

Develop and deliver long and short-term social media campaigns and initiatives, and foster a collaborative community management strategy

Monitor trends in motorsport and social media to ensure content is relevant and timely

Collaborate with internal teams to produce captivating visuals, videos, and graphics for social media use

Minimum 12 months’ experience in channel management and social coverage of sports events, preferably within motorsport

Proven track record in creating engaging social media content that drives audience engagement

Strong understanding of the motorsport landscape and its fan community

Expertise in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook

Experience of using Adobe Photoshop, video clipping tools and Premiere Pro

Excellent written and verbal English with first-class editorial judgement

Mobile-fist content creation skills

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life

Ability to work evenings and weekends, particularly during race weekends and major motorsport events
