The Role
Salesforce & GTM Systems Analyst
We’re looking for a Salesforce & GTM Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day use of Salesforce and related go-to-market systems across Two Circles. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their Salesforce expertise and develop broader skills in sales, operations, and analytics. You’ll work closely with the Salesforce & GTM Systems Manager and internal stakeholders to keep our systems running smoothly and to help teams get the most value out of our tools.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line support for Salesforce users across all internal teams.
- Assist with user setup, permissions, and profile management.
- Help maintain and update fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.
- Build and update dashboards and reports to support business needs.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Support data quality and integrity initiatives, including data cleaning and documentation.
- Assist in managing integrations with tools such as NetSuite, Gong, HubSpot, and Jira.
- Contribute to training materials, user guides, and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or business systems support (internships or project work count).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or actively working toward it).
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Flows).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus).
- Great communication skills for supporting a diverse, global user base.
- Bonus: exposure to NetSuite, HubSpot, or integration tools.
