We are Two Circles, a Sports Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events they attend, the channels they respond to, the content they watch, and more. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Lead to drive revenue and contribute to the implementation of sales strategies for our premium products. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, a demonstrated record of sales achievement, and a strong ability to build client relationships. Primary accountabilities of the role:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various lead generation methods
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the needs of corporate prospects
- Manage negotiations with key clients, closing deals while maximising revenue and meeting targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and high-value clients to ensure excellent customer service and retention
- Continuously monitor ticket and hospitality sales trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
- Ensure that all delivery of contracts are seamlessly transitioned and set up for event-day success
- Appoint, liaise and manage appointment of 3rd party sales agents, to provide maximal market coverage – especially in the Middle East for year 1
- Travel to meetings, conferences, and events as needed to drive opportunities forward
Requirements:
- 5-7 years plus of proven sales experience, ideally in ticket sales, hospitality, or within the sports industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively build and present sales proposals
- Experience in managing high-value clients, including sponsors, corporate partners, and VIPs
- Ability to confidently negotiate contracts and close sales while maximizing revenue
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other software to track performance and manage leads
- Experience working with event teams or managing live event sales
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, event, and sponsorship teams to drive sales efforts
