We're hiring a People Strategy Lead for our People/HR team.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who loves solving organisational problems, designing better ways of working and turning ideas into reality.

You'll help shape how every Two Circler experiences life at Two Circles by designing and embedding the programmes, frameworks and experiences that underpin our People strategy and future growth.

Reporting to the People (HR) Director, you'll lead strategic projects and initiatives that shape how we attract, develop and retain great Two Circlers.

You'll work alongside our People, Talent and Delivery Ops teams, connecting everything into one clear People strategy.

This is not an HR Business Partner role, this is a role for someone with HR consulting, transformation and change management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the People Strategy
  • Lead strategic People initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Own programmes including Performance Planning, Pulse Check, Career Pathways, Competency Frameworks, Climbing Wall, Academy evolution, People analytics, manager training and Spirit initiatives.
  • Performance & Engagement
  • Own the continuous improvement of Performance Planning, Pulse Check, objective setting and talent review processes.
  • Use insight and data to improve every People cycle.
  • People Projects & Change
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Design scalable frameworks and ways of working across regions.
  • People Analytics & Insight
  • Develop reporting around engagement, retention, succession, capability and performance.
  • Turn insight into practical recommendations.
  • Culture & Spirit
  • Help bring the Two Circles Spirit to life.
  • Support recognition, communications and Team Days.
