We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that specializes in growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We work with clients to analyze and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, attendance at events, preferred channels, and content consumption. Our goal is to help clients expand their audiences and increase revenues, both direct-to-consumer and B2B. We are hiring a Partner Manager with expertise in commercial operations to join our Sponsorship team within the Partnership Management function. You will account manage key sponsors, initially supporting UEFA Women’s Football, acting as an extension of their team. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with partners, managing rights packages, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on strategy, activation, analysis, and evaluation. You will oversee onsite delivery, including accreditation, ticketing, and commercial events, and coordinate with teams such as social, digital, CRM, and legal. Occasional European travel will be required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands in sports or entertainment.
- Expertise in commercial operations, both onsite and offsite.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors.
- Proactive account management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and opportunity identification.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering commercial or corporate events.
- Thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
