We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. Since 2017, Two Circles has been UEFA’s exclusive sales agency for UEFA Women’s Football (UWF) commercial partners, managing marketing rights, media rights, and partnership management for UEFA Women’s EURO (WEURO), UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL), youth competitions, and Women’s Futsal EURO.
The Partnership Operations Manager will project manage and lead the delivery of partner contractual commercial rights across UWF competitions, covering a portfolio of global brands such as PepsiCo, Amazon, Vodafone, Adidas, and Heineken. This role ensures that all partner entitlements are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with governing guidelines, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and competition stakeholders. The role will involve occasional European travel.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ticketing & Hospitality Operations: Manage ticket allocations, oversee ticketing processes, and ensure seamless coordination for matchday access.
- Matchday Operations & LED Delivery: Lead matchday LED advertising approvals and execution, coordinating with relevant teams for correct content delivery.
- Brand & Asset Approval Management: Approve partner logo usage, oversee implementation across physical and digital inventory, and maintain brand integrity.
- Accreditation & Access Management: Manage accreditation processes for partner staff and guests, ensuring timely submission and tracking.
- Operational Planning & Workflow Management: Develop operational calendars, track deliverables, and implement structured approval workflows.
- Stakeholder & Rights Delivery Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for rights delivery logistics and support cross-functional alignment on partnership activations.
- Workshops & Events Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of partner workshops and events, coordinating logistics and monitoring budgets.
