We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, channel responses, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency of UEFA Women's Football and the exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women's Champions League. Within this partnership, we will support UC3, the new joint venture between UEFA and ECA, in managing media partners throughout the 2025-2030 cycle, with the Media Partnerships Lead playing a key role in managing relations with priority partners. This role will primarily service UEFA Women’s Champions League media partners, although there may be scope for further projects and business development opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading Media Partner Relationships as the primary point of contact between Two Circles and broadcasters, ensuring seamless communication back to UC3 through close collaboration with the Head of Partnership Management.
- Managing Partner Onboarding & Enablement to ensure full cooperation throughout the cycle, including ownership of onboarding processes, managing training and access to content and booking platforms, and planning and delivery of workshops and other deliverables.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, broadcast operations, ticketing, legal, and finance.
- Contributing to Performance Reporting & Insights Delivery during each season, ensuring partners maximise engagement opportunities and fulfil coverage and other contractual obligations.
- Leading Rights Marketing Implementation by facilitating partners’ involvement in Two Circles’ innovative Rights Marketing Programme to grow digital and linear viewership.
- Proactive Opportunity Development with key broadcast partners to maintain strong relationships across all core capabilities.
- Supporting the set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and UC3.
- Coaching and Managing media partnership management team members to deliver excellent partner and client servicing.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing and activating media/broadcast partnerships across major sports properties.
- Existing knowledge of live media production and broadcast operations.
- A brilliant communicator and relationship builder who can creatively solve problems and create value.
- A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new processes and opportunities.
- A thorough understanding of the sports media industry and changing landscape.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- An interest in sport and women’s football.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and the Americas.
