Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. We have led and closed over $2.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world’s biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks, and Mercedes F1. We aim to optimise revenues for our clients while allowing them to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintaining large in-house sales teams. We focus on solving problems rather than selling assets and are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies, and sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven sponsorship sales professional with a track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment.
- Ability to lead high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
- Proactively source and engage potential sponsors across various categories and geographical regions; select and qualify prospects, secure in-person meetings, and build relationships.
- Manage and build trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.
- Influence senior business decision-makers across different sectors and markets worldwide.
- Successfully execute competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals.
- High levels of influence and persuasion, with experience in negotiation.
