Our People Operations team sits at the very heart of our thriving agency and includes Talent, HR, Workforce Capacity Planning & Performance.
These three functions of our People Operations team work seamlessly together to ensure positive and transparent experiences for candidates & employees alike.
It is in to our People Operations team that we would like to hire an HR Administrator
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for
- HR System Management
- Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company, including coordinating paperwork, system access, and induction schedules.
- Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and exit interviews are conducted effectively.
Benefits Administration
- Support North American benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and employee queries.
- Assist in global benefits initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies across North America and support global policy alignment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations, updating policies as needed.
- Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with the Performance and Talent teams to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development.
- Partner with the Events team to support company-wide events, including employee recognition programs and teamdays.
- Contribute to employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to improve the employee experience.
- Help to drive learning and development initiatives in North America
- Global HR Support
- Assist the global HR team with cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across regions.
- Provide support for international assignments and mobility processes.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, HR systems management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and tools (e. g., Workday, Bamboo HR, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and regions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
