We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, preferred channels, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We have over 1000 employees across 15 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Partnership Director to lead one of our most significant clients and the team that works on this client, setting the highest standards in delivering partnership management. The role will be a key member of the leadership team with overall accountability for the client project. This is the first time Two Circles has delivered full Partnership Management services to a client, and we expect this to become a growing area of our business. The successful individual will play a meaningful role in developing that capability within our business to support other clients.
Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the Partnership Management Team
- Setting structures and processes which enable efficient and effective delivery of services
- Ensuring consistent levels of delivery and approach across all Partners
- Developing and managing the team to perform at their best
- Ensuring Partners are utilising and maximising value from their partnership rights, thereby supporting future renewal discussions
- Industry-leading reporting and demonstration of ROI/ROO
- Managing key Partner and Client relationships
- Supporting the Sales Team through advanced brand conversations and providing a seamless link from sales through to contract and delivery
- Supporting the development of future Partner Management services within Two Circles

- Strong communication skills - both internally and externally
