We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We have been UEFA’s exclusive sales agency for UEFA Women’s Football (UWF) commercial partners since 2017, managing marketing rights, media rights, and partnership management for various competitions.

The Partnership Operations Manager will project manage and lead the delivery of partners' contractual commercial rights in relation to all UWF competitions, covering a portfolio of global brands such as PepsiCo, Amazon, Vodafone, Adidas, and Heineken. This role ensures that all partner entitlements are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with governing guidelines, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and competition stakeholders. The role will involve occasional European travel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ticketing & Hospitality Operations
    • Manage ticket allocations across competitions, ensuring accurate distribution aligned with partner entitlements.
    • Oversee ticketing processes, including requests, approvals, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders for matchday access.
  • Matchday Operations & LED Delivery
    • Lead matchday LED advertising approvals and execution.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure correct content delivery.
  • Brand & Asset Approval Management
    • Approve partner logo usage across all channels, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
    • Oversee implementation across physical and digital inventory.
    • Maintain consistency and protect brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Accreditation & Access Management
    • Manage accreditation processes for partner staff and guests.
    • Ensure timely submission, tracking, and distribution.
    • Oversee system access provisioning for partners and agencies.
  • Operational Planning & Workflow Management
    • Develop and manage operational calendars and timelines.
    • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders.
    • Implement and maintain structured approval workflows.
  • Stakeholder & Rights Delivery Coordination
    • Act as the primary liaison with operational teams for rights delivery logistics.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
    • Support cross-functional alignment on partnership activations.
  • Workshops & Events Delivery
    • Own end-to-end delivery of several partner workshops and events throughout the season.
    • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, overseeing event logistics.
    • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in partnership operations, sponsorship delivery, or sports/event management.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, accreditation platforms, or content approval workflows is a plus.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
