We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We work with clients to help them influence fan behaviour, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon.
Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency of UEFA Women's Football and the exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women's Champions League. We will support UC3, the new joint venture between UEFA and ECA, in managing media partners throughout the 2025-2030 cycle, with the Media Partnerships Lead playing a key role in managing relations with priority partners.
This role will primarily service UEFA Women’s Champions League media partners, with potential involvement in further projects and business development opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading Media Partner Relationships as the primary point of contact between Two Circles and broadcasters, ensuring seamless communication back to UC3.
- Managing Partner Onboarding & Enablement to ensure full cooperation throughout the cycle, including ownership of onboarding processes and planning workshops.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, broadcast operations, ticketing, legal, and finance.
- Contributing to Performance Reporting & Insights Delivery during each season to ensure partners maximise engagement opportunities.
- Leading Rights Marketing Implementation by facilitating partners’ involvement in Two Circles’ Rights Marketing Programme.
- Proactively developing opportunities with key broadcast partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Supporting the set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and UC3.
- Coaching and managing media partnership management team members to deliver excellent partner and client servicing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and activating media/broadcast partnerships across major sports properties.
- Existing knowledge of live media production and broadcast operations.
- A brilliant communicator and relationship builder who can creatively solve problems.
- A proactive approach to account management, constantly suggesting new processes and opportunities.
- A thorough understanding of the sports media industry and its changing landscape.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- An interest in sport and women’s football.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and the Americas.
