Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business that grows audiences and revenues by understanding and influencing fan behaviours—how fans spend, attend events, and respond across channels. With over 900 global clients including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, NFL, Nike, and Amazon, we deliver innovative digital solutions to sports and entertainment businesses worldwide. We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join our technology team. In this role you will partner with in‑house and external teams to create fan‑centric digital products that are visually compelling, offer seamless user experiences, and deliver maximum value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX/UI design of best‑in‑class sports digital products from concept to final execution and beyond.
  • Use user research and defined personas to inform product decisions, site maps, and information architecture, ensuring empathy for user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align designs with technical feasibility and product objectives.
  • Build wireframes, site architectures, and concept designs to communicate ideas and iterate solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive as‑is and to‑be journey maps depicting user flows across touchpoints.
  • Create high‑fidelity prototypes to test designs internally and with users, identifying usability issues and validating decisions.
  • Establish and maintain design frameworks, taxonomies, and standards to ensure uniformity and excellence across all digital products.
  • Ensure all product designs meet or exceed the highest industry expectations for experience and quality.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting pitches, proposals, and presentations with design expertise.
  • Ideate new digital product solutions and help develop new business concepts.
  • Act as the expert, providing thought leadership on the latest industry trends, best practices in product design, and sports technology.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of digital product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating product strategy and user experience design.
  • Proven experience leading the development of information architecture, site maps, user journeys, and wireframes for large‑scale projects.
  • Experience designing digital products for sports organisations is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end software development, Agile processes, and rituals.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and supporting their growth.
  • Adaptability to different client and internal team working styles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to gain respect and buy‑in from stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Principle or a similar prototyping tool is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
