Junior Graphic Designer

We help clients understand and influence fan behaviour—what they spend on, the events they attend, the channels they respond to, and the content they watch—so they can grow both direct‑to‑consumer and business‑to‑business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1,000 clients worldwide, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We have over 1,000 people across 15 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes across the globe.
To date, the European arm of our Rights Management division has secured $2.5bn in sponsorship revenue for clients, delivering some of the world’s biggest partnerships for the likes of the All Blacks, the ECB, Juventus and Mercedes Formula 1. The Rights Management team is supported by a 60‑strong crew of creative, strategy, insight & ops professionals (20 of whom are creatives).
We are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer—an agile designer with a can‑do attitude who can grow with the team and help bring to life partnership campaigns and activation concepts for a variety of brands and sports properties. You’ll pull together best‑in‑class marketing materials across print, digital, physical spaces and everything in between.
Key responsibilities
A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
A basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro (not compulsory but a bonus)
Art‑working for print and digital assets
An understanding of motion graphics and/or 3D skills (not compulsory but a bonus)
Some experience using Webflow or Figma would be beneficial
Some experience developing bespoke sales materials including print brochures, digisites and presentations
Requirements
Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
Great communicator—working with a variety of teams on each project

Comfortable with a fast‑paced work environment
Knowledge and passion for the sports sector (not compulsory but a bonus)
Graphic Design qualification or similar
